What is an MRN?
A Movement Reference Number (MRN) is a unique 18-character identifier assigned to every customs transit or export declaration in the EU. It tracks your shipment as it moves through customs offices across Europe. The MRN is generated when goods are declared for transit at the office of departure.
How to find your MRN
Your MRN is provided by your transport or logistics company — that's us. You'll receive it in your shipment confirmation or transport documents. If you don't have your MRN, contact our dispatch team and we'll provide it.
What you'll see
The EU tracking page shows the current status of your shipment, including the office of departure, office of destination, movement type, date of acceptance, and release status. Data is available for international transit movements completed after 25 February 2025.
